The Third Annual Wood Stork Birding Festival will feature the Georgia Southern University Nature Center's live birds of prey show, speakers and presenters on topics related to birds and nature, arts and crafts booths, free activities for children, food trucks and more. Admission is free!

About the Event
The Camden County Audubon Society is proud to present our Third Annual Wood Stork Birding Festival from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at St. Marys Middle School (205 Martha Drive, St. Marys, GA). We are excited to partner this year with St. Marys Middle School — featuring a centrally located indoor venue so the event can be held rain or shine — and the school’s student birding club. The festival will again host the very popular Birds of Prey show by Georgia Southern University. There will be informational booths and demonstrations in the main atrium of the school, as well as speakers who are subject matter experts on a variety of bird and nature-related subjects in adjacent conference rooms.
